The cartography section of my portfolio focuses on a selection of maps I was hired to make for Salvaging Community: How American Cities Rebuild Closed Military Bases by Amanda J. Ashley and Michael Touchton. The maps focus on four former military bases that have undergone redevelopment after they were shut down. I created these maps using Adobe Illustrator.
